Azerbaijan mulls full withdrawal from Council of Europe

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev announced that Baku is considering a full withdrawal from the 46-member Council of Europe. The move comes after Azerbaijan's voting rights in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) were suspended in 2024.
