Drunk 17-year-old driver arrested after fatal crash in Mściszewice

A court in Kartuzy has remanded a 17-year-old in custody for three months on suspicion of causing a fatal crash in Mściszewice. His peer, who was being transported on the car's roof, died at the scene. The teenager was drunk and had no driving licence.
