ZUS Returns PLN 1.26 Billion in Overpaid Health Contributions for 2025

More than 770,000 entrepreneurs received a refund of overpaid health insurance contributions for 2025, totalling nearly PLN 1.26 billion. At the same time, 546,000 businesses were required to make an additional payment, amounting to over PLN 1.22 billion. The figures come from a Monday announcement by Poland's Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).
