625 doctors earn over 100,000 PLN a month — mostly on contracts, not staff deals

Data published by Rzeczpospolita shows that 625 specialist doctors on contract arrangements earn more than 100,000 PLN gross per month, compared to only 49 earning the same on regular employment contracts. The figures highlight a stark pay gap between the two forms of employment in the Polish healthcare sector.
