ZUS returns 1.26 billion PLN in overpaid health contributions for 2025

Poland's Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) has returned overpaid health insurance contributions for 2025 to more than 770,000 entrepreneurs, totalling nearly 1.26 billion PLN. At the same time, 546,000 businesses were required to pay additional contributions amounting to over 1.22 billion PLN. The figures relate to the annual settlement of health contributions paid by self-employed and business owners.
