Graham's death leaves key Russia sanctions package at risk in US Congress
Senator Lindsey Graham, one of Washington's fiercest critics of Russia, had spent months pushing a sanctions package aimed at cutting the Kremlin off from its main sources of revenue. Just on Friday he announced a breakthrough in the legislation's progress, but his sudden death has cast serious doubt over the package's future in Congress.
