From July, Ukrainians need proof of mobilisation exemption to enter EU

According to Rzeczpospolita, new rules set to take effect in July 2025 will require Ukrainians seeking entry to Poland and other EU countries — and temporary protection status — to present a certificate proving they are exempt from military mobilisation in Ukraine. The regulation is aimed at curbing the flight of draft-age men from military service.
