Perth's Indigenous community felt ignored by authorities after Invasion Day bombing attempt

Indigenous Australians who witnessed the alleged Invasion Day terror attack in Perth told a federal inquiry into racism that they felt dismissed and ignored by authorities. Police had been warned of unspecified threats before the 26 January rally but only met with organisers after the incident. Liam Alexander Hall has been charged with terrorism offences for allegedly throwing a homemade bomb packed with ball bearings and screws into a crowd of 2,000 people at Forrest Place.
