Nowacka: Student Rights Ombudsman to Be Created Before September Despite Presidential Veto

Education Minister Barbara Nowacka has pledged that a Student Rights Ombudsman will be established before 1 September 2025, despite President Karol Nawrocki's veto of the education law amendment that would have created the post. Nowacka said she will find another legal path to fulfil her promise to young people. The office is intended to provide students with institutional support.
