Polish flat sales drop up to 40% as supply surges — buyers grow cautious
In June, nearly 5,800 new flats were listed for sale across Poland's seven largest markets, while actual sales fell to just 3,700 units, according to a Tabelaofert report. Sales declines reach as much as 40%. Deputy CEO Robert Chojnacki says buyers are more cautious, spending more time comparing offers and making decisions much more slowly than in previous quarters.
