EU blacklists record 250 individuals and entities over Russia's war in Ukraine

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas announced on Monday that 250 individuals and entities linked to Russia's war against Ukraine will be added to the EU blacklist — the largest number ever approved in a single round. Kallas noted that agreement on the 21st sanctions package has not yet been reached.
