Ukrainians eligible for mobilisation barred from entering EU

Poland and other EU countries are introducing new rules requiring Ukrainian citizens to present a certificate confirming they are exempt from mobilisation before entering the EU and receiving temporary protection. The rule applies to both men and women, according to Rzeczpospolita newspaper.
