Florida executes three death row inmates over 80 in succession

Florida is carrying out three consecutive executions of death row inmates, each older than the last, all over 80 years old. The state currently holds four death row prisoners aged over 80. Victims' families argue that advanced age should not be considered grounds for mercy.
