Polish MoD failed to deliver wetlands barrier on eastern border as promised

Poland's Ministry of National Defence promised over two years ago to reinforce the eastern border not only with concrete obstacles but also with restored wetlands to hinder enemy movement. As of now, the wetlands part of the plan has not been implemented. In this opinion piece, the author argues that concrete military solutions have been prioritised at the expense of nature-based barriers.
