Microsoft told hacked gamer to rebuy his games — court ruled for the player

An Xbox user who was hacked lost access to his account and was told by Microsoft that he would have to repurchase all his games to play again. Instead of complying, he sued the company. The court sided with the gamer, ruling against Microsoft's handling of the case.
