Warsaw hospital recordings reveal staff tried to cover up patient's death

Polish news portal Zero has released audio recordings from Warsaw's Szpital Południowy in which the head of the mortuary allegedly told a doctor performing an autopsy: "we need to make sure there's no mess." A male patient was found dead in a hospital toilet. The recordings suggest staff were aware of irregularities surrounding the death and sought to conceal them.
