Microsoft told hacked gamer to rebuy his library — Brazilian court orders compensation

A Brazilian court has ordered Microsoft to restore a hacked Xbox account and pay compensation to a gamer who lost access to his entire digital game library. Microsoft's support team reportedly told the user the account was unrecoverable and that he would need to repurchase all his games. The court rejected that approach and ruled in the player's favour.
