GKS Jastrzębie Goes Bankrupt, Drops to B Klasa – New Club Founded
GKS Jastrzębie withdrew from Poland's second division at the end of March, and the company running the club filed for bankruptcy due to massive debts. However, a new association was formed and registered a team in the B Klasa, the eighth tier of Polish football. Football in Jastrzębie-Zdrój will continue, albeit at a much lower level.
