Patient died in Warsaw hospital toilet — secret recordings revealed

In August 2024, a man died in a toilet at the Szpital Południowy hospital in Warsaw, with his body found only after several hours. Investigative outlet Zero has released audio recordings from the autopsy and a conversation between the mortuary coordinator and a pathologist, in which someone says "we need to make sure there's no mess." The recordings suggest an attempt to cover up the incident.
