CEZ Group's Elevion acquires 100% of Italian biogas firm BTS Biogas

Elevion Group, owned by Czech energy giant CEZ, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of shares in Italian company BTS Biogas. The deal is intended to strengthen Elevion's position in the biogas and biomethane sector. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
