Swedish MEP files hate speech complaint against Danish colleague in EU Parliament

Swedish MEP Abir Al-Sahlani filed a police complaint in Sweden accusing a Danish MEP of racist hate speech after she was targeted online for condemning far-right chants in the European Parliament. The incident followed a vote on increasing deportations across the EU, after which some right-wing MEPs chanted "send them back." Al-Sahlani was subsequently targeted in a social media campaign.
