China evacuates nearly 2 million as powerful typhoon hits Zhejiang

A powerful typhoon made landfall in China's Zhejiang province, prompting authorities to evacuate nearly two million people. Schools, workplaces and outdoor activities were suspended across the province. Many transport services were also cancelled as the storm struck the region.
