The anchor investor book for SBI Funds Management Ltd.'s upcoming IPO was subscribed more than 20 times over. Key participants included Capital Group, BlackRock, Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, as well as sovereign funds ADIA and GIC, according to people familiar with the matter.
