Judges Warn: Civil Procedure Reform Could Further Paralyse Polish Courts

Polish judges are warning that the planned reform of the Code of Civil Procedure — including the abolition of horizontal complaints and the reintroduction of three-judge appeal panels — could further slow down an already overburdened judiciary. So many critical comments have been submitted that the bill's passage is now in doubt.
