Poland faces becoming a net EU contributor as Ukraine nears membership
Commentator Jerzy Haszczyński warns that once Ukraine joins the EU, Poland will lose its status as a major net recipient of EU funds and become a net contributor. Without easily demonstrable financial benefits, public support for EU membership could decline, opening the door to calls for a Polexit referendum.
