Apple M7 Ultra Chip May Feature Up to 1.5TB of RAM, Matching 2019 Mac Pro

According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman in his "Power On" newsletter, Apple is planning to include up to 1.5TB of RAM in its upcoming M7 Ultra chip. This would mark the first time Apple Silicon matches the maximum RAM configuration offered by the top-end 2019 Intel-based Mac Pro. No release date for the M7 Ultra has been confirmed.
