Unia Centrum founded: Hennig-Kloska's new party formed from two political groups

The Centrum Association, led by Climate Minister Paulina Hennig-Kloska, has merged with the Union of European Democrats (UED) to form a new political party called Unia Centrum. The new grouping will bring together politicians from both organisations and plans to establish itself on the Polish political scene. The merger expands Hennig-Kloska's political base ahead of future elections.
