Five sins only the Vatican can absolve, not a regular priest
Not every grave sin can be absolved by an ordinary priest — the Catholic Church reserves five specific "special sins" for the Holy See alone. One example is the desecration of the Blessed Sacrament. In these cases, only the Apostolic See holds the authority to grant absolution.
