Only 2 of Poland's 6 army divisions ready for combat from day one
Poland nominally has six army divisions, but in the event of a conflict with Russia only two would be ready for combat from the very first hours. Two more would need up to 30 days to mobilise, and the remaining two are still being formed. This represents a significant gap in the country's defensive capabilities.
