Nearly 60 Baltic beaches closed due to waves, wind and contamination

Around 60 guarded bathing spots on the Polish Baltic coast were closed at noon on Sunday. Most closures were caused by strong waves, wind and rip currents. Two beaches in the West Pomeranian region were also shut due to microbiological contamination exceeding safe limits.
