Suspect in knife attack on mayor of Stara Kornica to undergo psychiatric evaluation

Beata Jerzman, the mayor of the Stara Kornica commune, was attacked with a knife at the end of April. The 42-year-old suspect in the attack is to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. The case involves an assault on a local government official while she was carrying out her public duties.
