Iran launches missile strikes across the Gulf — explosions over Doha, air defences respond

Iran launched two waves of missile attacks targeting Gulf states including Qatar, the UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait. Euronews journalists in Doha reported large explosions above the Qatari capital and air defence systems activating across the region. The strikes came hours after the US carried out new airstrikes on Iran following an Iranian attack on a ship in the Strait of Hormuz.
