280 horses cleared for Morskie Oko route despite promised electric bus switch

A veterinary commission has cleared 280 horses to transport tourists on the full route from Palenica Białczańska to Włosienica leading to Morskie Oko lake in the Tatra Mountains. Under a previous agreement, horses were to be removed from most of the route by 2026 and replaced by electric minibuses, but this plan has not been carried out. The horses continue to work on the entire stretch.
