Ukrainian commander Luchanov accused of kidnapping and killing two civilians

Ukrainian commander Stanislav Luchanov, who led the 155th Motorised Rifle Brigade, is being sought on charges of kidnapping and murdering two civilians from the village of Kalynivka in the Kyiv region. Nine soldiers under his command have also been charged. The case involves alleged crimes committed by Ukrainian troops against their own civilians.
