Baltic Power sends first electricity ashore — Canada praises Polish wind energy potential

Baltic Power, Poland's first offshore wind farm built in Canadian-Polish cooperation, has begun generating electricity. Canadian Energy Minister Tim Hodgson described the project as the start of a series of joint investments between the two countries, according to The Globe and Mail. The farm is located in the Baltic Sea.
