"Die Welt": Ukraine has brought EU accusations on itself

German newspaper "Die Welt" writes that Ukraine, once the EU's favourite, now faces accusations within the bloc largely of its own making. The Polish-Ukrainian conflict is described as part of a broader post-enlargement tension between EU members. The paper argues that Kyiv has itself contributed to the deterioration of its relations with European allies.
