Dobry Start 2026: Who won't receive the 300 PLN school benefit and when will it be paid?

Poland's "Dobry Start" programme offers a one-time 300 PLN payment to help families cover back-to-school costs. Applications can be submitted online via ZUS or KRUS. However, not all children qualify — preschool children and university students are among those excluded from the benefit.
