Senegal sack coach Thiaw after World Cup exit

Pape Thiaw has been sacked as Senegal's head coach after his side were knocked out in the round of 32 of the World Cup, losing 3–2 to Belgium. The dismissal came nearly two weeks after the team's elimination from the tournament.
