Polish food authority warns of Salmonella found in popular herbal supplement — recall issued

Poland's Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS) has issued an urgent warning after Salmonella bacteria was detected in a popular herbal supplement widely sold in Poland. The manufacturer has begun recalling the affected batches from the market. Customers are asked to return the product even if the packaging has already been opened and partially used.
