Anders Thomsen wins Swedish Speedway GP as reserve – first time since 2015

Danish rider Anders Thomsen won the Speedway Grand Prix in Malilla on Saturday as a reserve rider, becoming only the fourth rider in GP history to achieve this feat – and the first since 2015. Notably, almost all riders to have won a GP from reserve status have been Danish.
