Kaczyński: Ukraine won't join EU unless it renounces Bandera cult

PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński declared at a commemoration in Chełm that Ukraine cannot join the EU while it continues to glorify those responsible for the Volhynia massacre. He vowed that his party would take political steps to block Kyiv's accession if the glorification of perpetrators does not end. He described the so-called "baggage of Banderism" as incompatible with EU membership.
