15 killed including Indian tourists as speedboat capsizes in southern Vietnam

At least 15 people were killed and 21 rescued after a speedboat capsized in rough seas near an island in southern Vietnam. Indian tourists were among the victims. Local media reported the incident off the southern Vietnamese coast.
