Calvin Hayes, co-founder of Johnny Hates Jazz, dies aged 63

Calvin Hayes, keyboardist, drummer and co-founder of the British 1980s pop band Johnny Hates Jazz, has died at the age of 63. He collapsed at his home in Washington earlier this week.
