Ann Widdecombe found dead at home – suspect released without charge

Ann Widdecombe, 78, former British MP and MEP and prominent Brexit supporter, was found dead at her home on the outskirts of Dartmoor. British police initially detained a 26-year-old man, but on Saturday 11 July announced he had been released and was no longer a suspect. An investigation into her death is ongoing.
