One injection instead of Ozempic? Philadelphia scientists develop new delivery method

Scientists at the Wistar Institute in Philadelphia have developed a new drug delivery method for obesity and type 2 diabetes treatments that could replace the need for frequent injections like Ozempic and Wegovy. The approach would require far fewer administrations. Clinical trials are still needed to confirm its effectiveness.
