Ukraine's memory institute chief: Volhynia remembrance must be free of manipulation

Oleksandr Alfiorov, head of Ukraine's Institute of National Remembrance, called for honest and apolitical commemoration of the Volhynia massacre at a ceremony in Olyka, Ukraine. He stressed that historical memory must not be used as a tool of political manipulation.
