Toyota's EV sales more than double in 2025 as rivals falter

Toyota has more than doubled its electric vehicle sales in 2025 compared with the previous year, making up ground after long being seen as a laggard in the EV market. The growth comes as some rivals are struggling with slowing EV demand.
