Romania destroys 5 explosive-laden sea drones in the Black Sea
Romania intercepted and destroyed five unmanned watercraft in the Black Sea, some of which carried explosive charges. Acting Defence Minister Radu Miruta confirmed the operations and also pointed to limitations in the military's ability to fully protect the port of Constanța. The incident highlights growing drone threats in the Black Sea region amid the ongoing war in Ukraine.
