Anya Taylor-Joy's new crime series premieres on Apple TV+ this week

After conquering the streaming landscape with The Queen's Gambit , one of the most popular Netflix series ever made, Anya Taylor-Joy made an attempt to transition to the big screen. This was only partially successful, with a couple of major movies underperforming at the box office and another two emerging as massive hits. However, she will soon be seen in a prominent role in Dune: Part Three , which is in great shape ahead of its December release. Before that, Taylor-Joy will return to her favorite stomping grounds with a new crime-drama series. The show premieres this week on Apple TV, the same platform that released The Gorge , which emerged as one of the most popular streaming movies of 2025.
