Poland offers to help modernise Ukraine's MiG-29s – at Kyiv's expense

Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz confirmed that Ukraine has returned to talks about exchanging Polish MiG-29 jets for Ukrainian drone technology. Poland is willing to assist with the modernisation of these aircraft, but only at Ukraine's expense or that of third-party states such as a coalition of the willing. The minister said the situation is more positive than it was a few days ago.
